So far we have had talked a lot about Kettlebell and its benefits. Being a kettlebell expert, people do ask me a lot of questions about Kettlebell and its use. In this article, I would like to share a few of those questions with my readers. Hope you will find them helpful.
Questions: Why do people say that the kettlebell is all about developing oneself mentally? How come kettlebell workouts and harmony of body & soul are interconnected.
Answer – Let me start by saying that whether you are from an athletic background or amateur, kettlebell training sessions could be tiring for you even if you have a very good physique, they become accustomed to the gym ‘computers that do not necessarily have to keep in mind as to what they are doing. But, with kettlebell training, this is not the case. Here, the continuous concentration on tasks is required for the proper coordination of all movements. Once mastered this ability to concentrate on things, students can further utilize in the other areas of their life know.
Question : Why do people call Kettlebell training something more than a just a simple weight training?
Answer : Quite a good question. With kettlebells workout, every movement is in dire need of concentration, constantly be balanced against the hold, forcing the body. It is also said that the kettlebell exercises for the whole body to be processed, not to mention the mental part. For the Dumbbells workouts, this kind of stress concentration is not required, however, for the kettlebell here comes the incessant counter hold, forcing concentration, etc., which is the key to the whole thing. That is why kettlebell training is something more than just a simple weight training.
Questions: Even the smallest kettlebell seems very difficult, but still kettlebell workouts are recommended to women as well? Don’t you think, it puts an extra burden on the joints? What weight should women start with?
Answer: Let me tell you that – this workout is definitely recommended to the women because these days athletic and healthy body is in fashion. The finely muscled, taut forms. Properly implemented practices are not subject to the joints. This is a 300-year-old sport and in the last few decades, we have witnessed a lot of enhancement in its versions and workouts. The workout associated are tested by the doctors and they have developed the practices further. The choice of weights is great debate among the ladies. This is the first time the body has to be prepared! I do not recommend the use of high weights for women. Women must usually start with 6 kg weight and they can properly perform the exercises can gradually shift more dumbbell.
